What is the return policy?

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, except for items reported as defective.
Customers must provide their order number and reason for the return or exchange.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
Items returned for sizing issues must be in their original condition.
Items damaged through normal wear, improper washing, or misuse are not eligible under our standard return policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. SoulLumina will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed errors or defects.

Sizing Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with sizing exchanges.

If your requested size is unavailable, we will work with you to arrange an eligible return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

For assistance, please contact our customer support team.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

When will I get my order?

Our latest SoulLumina collection is available through a limited preorder release. This means orders are placed before the collection is ready to ship.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks after the preorder window closes for your order to ship.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We appreciate your patience and support as we bring our vision to life. Our goal is to deliver pieces that reflect the quality, detail, and purpose behind SoulLumina.

Where are your products manufactured?

SoulLumina products are thoughtfully designed and brought to life in partnership with our overseas manufacturing team. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure each piece reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and attention to detail.

From fabric selection to the final product, every detail is carefully considered to create clothing that represents the vision and purpose behind SoulLumina.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your SoulLumina pieces. If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Size exchanges are subject to availability, as our collections are released in limited quantities. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with sizing exchanges.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll work with you to arrange a return or refund.

We recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

How should I care for my SoulLumina pieces?

Wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Hang dry when possible or tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly over distressed or graphic areas. Natural fraying may occur over time as part of the garment’s distressed design.
